Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

Sexual Harrassment

If a manager said: It's a good thing the customer didn't ask for a blow job. It was in affiliation with one of the girls in our CSR (customer service representative). The boss is male, the CSR is female. A customer had called saying he didn't want any of our tech's to visit his home unless he made the appointment, and he was going to be there. The CSR sent an e-mail out to let us know that we weren't to go there unless we did this. That's when the manager with myself and 2 co-workers as witnesses said the above statement. This happened January 2006. Is it too late to do anything now? Recently he has become more harrassing with all the workers. Thank you.

Re: Sexual Harrassment

Anything that happened in January 2006 will be too late to be actinoable under the 180 day State Limit and the 300 day Federal Limit. However, I would keep careful track of the actions he is continuing to do, report them to human resources, and keep a record as best you can. We handle cases like this, so feel free to e-mail or telephone me at your earliest convenience.
