I started dating my boss but we had to keep it quiet. He is now demoted to regular staff. But he wound up taking advantage of me, he tried to screw me over with a leak in my kitchen, my car, and now my job. Can he get in any kind of trouble now?

You definitely may have a case against your employer for this. How many people work in your company? Also, make sure you complain in writing to the company if you are still employed.
