Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

If you are working for a government facitlity and the co-worker harassed/assualt. He brags about it to other employees.

The government tries to keep it low key. what do I do? the worker is finally released from the facitily

You should contact a lawyer right away to file a formal complaint for you. You cannot be retaliated against while this complaint is pending, and an independent govt agency will investigate and we will mediate it together to conclusion.
