Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

A sports referee colleague (male) has been suspended by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) for entering a male locker room at a high school sports event.

He believes this is an overreaction in the post-Sandusky era and feels that no due process occurred.

Does he have a legitimate legal claim, regarding lost wages, based on an unjust ruling by PIAA?

Or is this a topic where perception may outweigh reality in 2015's climate?

I believe he is a good guy, who is the victim of circumstance/situations.

Thank you.

more facts would need to be known as this is not a simple matter. I suggest your colleague schedule an appopintment with a lawyer to discuss the entire circumstances involved and to supply additional information.
