Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

when i turn eighteen what can my boyfriends mom do

i will be turning eighteen in two months, is there any sexual harassment charges she can file against me? do things that happened prior to me turning eighteen count as something? and is it illegal to still date him, he has not yet turned 16, but will in a few months.

You asked about a relationship between two adolescents.

I am assuming you are asking about sex as that is the most likely aspect that could have a legal implication.

Generally adults should not have relations with minors In other words a person over 18 should not engage any sexual conduct with persons under 18 years of age. The charge for such relations is not sexual harassment but sexual assault. That charge could stick with a person for life and can be a felony depending on the circumstances.

In PA there is a recognition that person within four years of each other may broach that divide.

My suggestion is that you speak with an adult that you can trust. Physical relationships are hard to deal with at any age, but they are much harder at your ages.
