Visually harassed by porn on my employers laptop
My employer thru the day has various typed of porn on his laptop.Within days of hiring i walked back into my boss's office on his laptop was pornography.I went back to my desk and my 2 co-workers at the time noticed I was upset immediatley apoligized because they forgot to warn me.I contacted my ex co-workers regarding this matter and they have all agreed to help me in getting justice for the fact that we were all exposed to this.In fact, they themselves were warned by ex-coworkers. My ex-coworkers have agreed to testify against this man.On my last day 8/22 I once again walked in on streaming video and went back to my desk. He approached my desk and adjusted himself in the genital area.15 minutes later i informed him i was going to lunch,I went home. husband came home I ask him to take my boss's keys back and ask for my final check.boss admitted to my husband that thishappened many times and apologized.nternet records with testimony from 3 employees should make this perhaps a bit easier? But where do I find a pro-bono attorney to help me? Is this is visual harassment?

Re: Visually harassed by porn on my employers laptop
Both Federal and Pennsylvania law protect an employee from exposure to pervasive sexually offensive conditions at work. Whether you have a right to leave work and make a claim for compensation depends on the specific circumstances of your situation. You should contact an attorney familiar with employment law as soon as possible to learn of you particular rights.
