Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania
I Believe my wife was sexually harassed
My wife recently took a job at a doctor's office. They loved her. They loved her so much that they gave her $2/hr after 2 wks. Well last week there was an incident:
The doctor removed a pen from my wife's front pocket, squeezing her breast as he did so. He laughed, she told him not to let it happen again. Then he hugged her, squeezing her rear! My wife told him that if it happened again she would turn him in(who?)
Well she finished the day and told him she was leaving(for good) He again tried to hug her(not sexually)and was pushed away. My wife left. He called on sunday and informed me that she was fired for having mental problems and writing scripts w/o permission. Even called the police. Problem is, she wrote every script there for the short time she worked. I believe he has launched a preemptive strike, as he already has a criminal groping case pending in court. Since then he has called our house at least 6 times.

This situation has explosion written all over it. You must speak with an attorney who can advise you and possibly start prosecution immediately.
As a side note, there is no problem with a non-physician "writing" prescriptions so long as it was done so at the direction of and under the supervision of the physician. If he provided any kind of signature device that should be noted as he should have maintained proper controls on that.
She should make a record as complete as possible of her time at that position. Recall all scripts that she promulgated. Further, take notes of all phone calls that he makes. Preserve any voice messages he may leave.
