Legal Question in Social Security Law in Pennsylvania
2 different contracts
If you have 2 different lawyers in the same firm, do you have to have 2 different contracts? One is work comp.(State) & the other is disability(Federal). Thanks!

Re: 2 different contracts
The issue is not the number of lawyers you have but rather the number of cases. You have two cases: a workers comp case and a social security disability case. Each is governed by differant law and each requires a separate Fee contract.
This is especially true with these both of these kinds of cases as the fee contract must be approved by the respective judge.
