Credit cards

can you have credit cards with credit up to 20,000 dollars or own a car thats worth 20,000 when you on ssi

No problem with the credit cards, but I don't understand where the $20,000 credit is coming from. If someone is sponsoring these credit cards for you, that could be income to disqualify you from SSI. As far as the $20,000 auto, there is no limit to the value of the vehicle you can have to qualify for SSI.

There is no limit on the value of a car you may own, so long as the car is used for travel to your doctor or for needed medical care. As for the credit card, it should not keep you from eligibility for SSI, since a debt, or the possibility of a debt, is not an asset. The fact that you might be able to borrow $20,000 on a credit card does not have anything to do with assets, and SSI places a limit on assets, not debt.
