Legal Question in Social Security Law in Pennsylvania
If I receive an ssi payment of $674 a month and I marry somebody that earns $13.50 an hour and works 40 hours a week (approx $425 a week).. how much would that reduce my monthly payment? Your help would be very appreciated. Thank you very much!

Social Security will look at gross not take-home pay. $13.50 x 40 hours = $540. The local SS office can do the exact calculations. SSI is a needs-based program. My guess is that you'd no longer be entitled to SSI.
