Legal Question in Social Security Law in Pennsylvania

Social Security Benifits and the Family Medical Leave Act

My son and I have both been determined disabled. My husband is trying to get leave from work to be home and help us. Is this going to affect my sons or my benifits? I know that his decrease in pay will effect SSI amounts for me and my son but what about my SSD?

SSI is a needs-based/welfare program. The SSI benefit may change if family resources change.
