Legal Question in Social Security Law in Pennsylvania

I'm on social security and my daughter is being interviewed today she's 18 so if she gets approved the money goes to her not me can my long term disabilaty carrier adjust my payment if not in my name

Your Long Term Disability benefit is controlled by the terms of the written Insurance policy. Without reading the insurance policy, I cannot give you an answer. Get a copy of the policy or the Plan Summary and have a lawyer review it.
