Legal Question in Tax Law in Pennsylvania

I closed my business over 14 yrs ago, approx. 10 years ago the fed government put a lien on me for no substantiated reasons, I caught with lawyer who got nowhere an continued to fight with my accountant, finally a woman in social security was able to retrieve e all my w2 from the period noted and it was found by social security they made a mistake 14 years ago. I have been living in hell for ten years and it a peers this will all be cleared up now do I have any whay to sue for all this pain, I missed so much with my family as I was not able to get loans, worked and borrowed to serport my family, lost ten years of living almost cost my marriage, what can I doo
