if in a contract its states that x amount of money is to be paid to mr.x directley for hospitalization can the money be added on as income? if said contract does not say that mr. x needs to supply monthly reciepts can he be forced to do so?

I am not sure I understand your question, but I can tell you a basic definition of income. If you have more today than you had yesterday, you have income. If you have income you are responcible to pay taxes on that income. I am not sure if this answers your question. Feel free to email.
