PA withholding tax

I filed my Pennsylvania payroll withholding tax forms on a timely basis in the years 1993-1995. I did not, however, remit the tax. Is there a statute of limitations on the collectibility of these taxes?

Yes there is, however, there are many factors which must be evaluated in determining if the statute of limitations has been tolled.
