Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
On 11/11/14 my car was totaled by a tractor trailer on PA route 33 and I was sent to the nearest trauma room. I do not have full tort on my insurance. I have some permanent scars on my face, neck, and chest. I still have headaches, some back pain, and nightmares. The truck company�s lawyer wants me to settle and told me I don�t need a lawyer but can get one. They want it settled quickly. Do I need a lawyer and how much should I settle for? I�m worried about medical problems down the road, I�m still young 30 years old.
