My case ''Dismissed''

My case in the court of common pleas of allegheny county pertaining to my licennse suspension reads as follows. '' ...Decreed as follows:'' and the box dismissed is checked. Does this mean that my license is suspended or not. I will appreciate any help I can get. I hopefully can have more information if it is needed to answer the question. I did not have the paper in front of me. Thank you

You need to have an attorney review this document and then they would need to contact PennDot, b/c it is PennDot who requires any license suspension!
