Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

Ok well A cop followed me and my friend THrough town and finally pulled us over for having a "miniature" Air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror. The cop pulled us over accused my friend of being "Scared" and asked him if he could search the car because he saw a "seed" in the back of the car Now i had been in the car for about ten minutes and there was no weed. The cop swore he smelled some so he Asked my friend to search the vehicle. my friend agreed and the cop asked us to get out of the car, And said they were going to search us for "safety" I told the officer that I had a bowl in my right pocket For marijuana. they proceeded to search the car and found nothing more so they wrote my friend a citation for having a seed, and they gave me one for disorderly conduct "possession a marijuana pipe" I pleaded inoccence because i feel like the reason they pulled us over is because they saw us stop to let someone pull out of there driveway and they though it was suspicous becuase the first question they had asked was why did you stop up there? but it was literally to let some one out of there driveway I feel like what happened to me i had no control over and was wrong so i pleaded inoccent.. Do you think that i would be better just pleading guilty, or Should i try and fight it in court im eighteen and i went to the Courthouse to pay for my 50$ warrant because was wrong in thinking it would come in the mail im really not a bad kid i just need some advice thanks
