Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

I have been caught drag racing about two months ago and my court date is on March 19, 2007. I was wondering if there was anything i can say or do , to not have my insurance go up in the rates. Also will i defiently get my licence suspended. Lastly if i do get my licence suspended is there anyway i can get a work licence?
