Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

Driving is essential.

Hello sir/mam. Someone has their license suspended in Pennsylvania but is moving to Washington State. Does the drivers license database for these two states communicate? Can this person obtain a drivers license in Washington State, even though their license is not valid in Pennsylvania? Thank You.

One way to find out is to apply for a license in Washington State being careful not to falsify any information on the application. (If you were to falsify information which was later discovered,

you could then be subject to a variety of penalties which might include an outright ban on your having a Washington license for a certain period of time.)
