Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Early Reinstatement of Drivers Liscense
My liscense was suspended initially from someone else using my identity and after that from me driving with a suspended liscense. Driving is what I do to make extra money so its hard for me to give it up. Even though my suspension will be up in about a year, I just want to see what my chances are of hiring a lawyer and trying to get an early reinstatement (get the burden off of my back) or is it not worth it?

Re: Early Reinstatement of Drivers Liscense
It depends on the circumstances. You suggest that you were driving on a suspended license. What was the cause of the original suspension? There are certain things that can be dealt with more easily than others.
Also there are options short of full reinstatement such as a conditional reinstatment. The cost benefit analysis is very hard to determine but I would be willing to examine it with you.
Contact me if you'd like to puruse this or any other legal matter.

Re: Early Reinstatement of Drivers Liscense
You will need to retain an attorney in order to make some headway in this case, until you sit down with one an explain the whole situation, there is little anyone can do.
My primary recommendation at this point is DON'T DRIVE, unless you want to have your license suspension extended again.
