Electronic speed detection device
I have heard that there is a statute in Pennsylvania that states that a police officer/department cannot use electronic devices as revenue producing source. Is this true?

Barred from using "devices"???
THINK! That would include radios, computers, cell phones, radar guns and your wife's vibrator...
They say there are no dumb questions... well appearantly that is not true.
