Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

So on evening I was found, with my girl friend, in a vehicle, in a park where there was no trespassing after dark. The officer who found us said he was just going to give us a warning. Does this warning go on my record? If so for how long? Also if the same vehicle is pulled over (driven by someone else) will they be informed about the warning?

PS I am under 18 if that has anything to do with it.

It is highly doubtful that anyone driving the car would get that warning...the only thing the record would do is result in a ticket if you repeated the offense.
