Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Expired Drivers License
If pulled over with an expired license what are the penalties? The license was expired for less than a month, and notification was never received that the license was expiring due to an address change. Is there a courtesy time period to rectify the license situation, or just automatically pay the fine because there is no other recourse of action? Also are there any points assessed to the license?

Renew your license and request a court date. Most officers will dismiss the ticket if you clear up the renewal
