can I fight this fine?

If you get pulled over by a state police officer can they give you a speeding ticket if they are not wearing there hat? And I got a fine in the mail for driving on a susoended or revoke license. but he didn't give me that when he pulled me over infacted he let me drive away. Can I fight these fines?

Is this a serious question? Can a state trooper give you a speeding ticket if they are not wearing their HAT? No. State troopers cease being state troopers if their hat falls off. They are also unable to give tickets if they fail to wear matching socks.

Of COURSE they can give tickets if they don't have their hat on. And you know this, because I'm sure you didn't make a PEEP when he was giving you the ticket about the hat.

You should fight these tickets, but not on that basis.
