Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

My husband was caught driving under a suspended license. It was suspended for one year due to too many points. 8 years previous he was caught driving while suspended again due to too many points. What is the penalty for this being his second offense? Will he go to jail?

typically a second offense driving under suspensionit's not carry jail time.you should contact an attorney as often driving under suspension cases can be pled to lesser offences or defeated at trial.
