Improperly ticketed, can I recover lost wages and travel expenses?
I was recently ticketed in Pennsylvania for a infraction regarding my winshield wipers. The case was dismissed. My question is, since I had to take a day without pay from work and drive 2.5 hours each way, am I entitled to any compensation for being improperly ticketed?
What steps should I take?
The money I lost defending myself is more then the ticket!

No, you cannot recover either lost wages or travel expenses.
