Incomplete ticket

I recently got a citation for speeding. The officer said that I was doing 81 and tailgating another car that was doing 79 in a zone of speed limit 55. I don't believe these numbers. However he ended up writing me a ticket.

On my ticket under the charges section, he has checked ''other'' and written ''obedience to traffic control devices'', and under the ''Nature of Offense'' section has checked other and written ''def did travel at a speed greater than the properly posted limit of 55''. There was an option for speeding at ___ MPH and Allowed ____ MPH that he could have used.

Does the fact that he hasn't clearly stated the speed at which I was going render this ticket invalid?

Section 3366 of the Vehicl Code requires this to be the case doesn't it?

Also, he verbally told me he was giving me a ticket for a violation that happened 9 miles away from where I was stopped and has written a location that was 5 miles away. Is this okay? How do I refute it?

The ticket sounds like a no point ticket therefore the officer cut you a break. 26 mph over the limit carries a departmental hearing and possible license suspension. You should have a lawyer review the ticket to confirm this.
