Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
i have insurance on all the vehicles i own except a company owned vehicle that i let someone drive. would i be convicted for failure to have insurance?

If you lent the vehicle to someone knowing that the person was not insured nor permitted to drive your vehicle then you could be found guilty. If so, there is a 90 day mandatory license suspension so if your were cited, you should get an attorney and fight it.
