Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

judgement satisfiied how?

I have a susspended DL from 2000 due to an other person involved with my car in an accident in 1998. The plaintiff's lawyer does not return any calls and penndot says I need a satisfied or pay plan sent to them. Do you know how or where I can do this?

Re: judgement satisfiied how?

A judgment would have normally been satisfied by your insurance company if you had car insurance at the time of the accident. I assume that there was no insurance and that you were sued on the accident but did not defend yourself and a default judgment was entered against you.

If you want assistance in reinstating your driving privileges you should give me a call. Call me if you like.
