Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
lawyers response to previos question
If the case is for a traffic offense, most likely your absence resulted in a finding of guity in abstentia. If so you have thirty days to appeal from the date you were found guilty or the finding will become final and any points assessed if applicable will be reported
does that mean that i will only recive points on my liscense???

I would have to know more particulars such as the offense charged. But generally if it is a simple traffic ticket ie speeding, redlight, you would receive points if you did not appeal
