Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

Left turn on red

I entered the intersection on a green light to make a left turn, waited for the traffic proceeding from the other direction to cease. A driver entered the lane behind me, while the light was yellow. I was trapped in the middle of the intersection when the traffic light turned red. If I remained in the intersection and blocked traffic, I may have caused an accident or stopped the flow of the traffic. I was concerned for the safety of the other motorist and myself and made a left turn on red.

OK, let me say that IF YOU CAN E-MAIL THIS LIST YOU CAN LOOK THIS UP YOUR SELF ONLINE!
