Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

Legal Options for Collision damage avoidance.

Someone rear ended me in October 08... it is June 09 now. We exchanged information without calling the police. In the past I have communicated with her, but now she is avoiding my phone calls. I only have one number that works of the many she gave me and it only reaches voicemail. I also have a driver's license number. How can I get her to follow through. What are my options?

Did you report the case to your or her insurance company? if not why not? You may have to sue her to get your damages paid for. Is there a Police report? If nothing was filed with police or insurance company you may have problems having waited so long or in your court case if she denies the accident occured like you indicate. on the other hand if you sue her you may be able to get a default judgement against her if she doesnt respond. Of course then you will have difficulty collecting from her.

DO NOT bother trying to contact her. Your time is running out (2yrs) to file a lawsuit and claim with her insurance company. We can handle tracking her down with investigators using only her drivers license number and any other information you have. Naturally, she is avoiding your phone calls hoping you will not talk to a lawyer before the two years are up. It is imperative that you contact an attorney right away. We handle these cases all over Pennsylvania and you can call me on my direct line: 267.639.3105, or e-mail me at [email protected]. Do hurry, because your statute of limitations period is about to expire (2yrs).
