Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I don't know if this is a legal question. I got a ticket for parking a car outside my sister's house with expired inspection stickers on the windshield. I did paid for registration and the sticker is on the license plate as I put it there when I received it in the mail. My question is Can I get a ticket for expired inspection stickers if I have the car parked.

The short answer is yes -- whether parked or driving, the inspection stickers must be current to be in compliance with the Vehicle Code.
