Re: license problems
You asked about getting recovering from license suspensions.
The law in Pennsylvania is that a person holding Pennsylvania license may not be licensed in any other jurisdiction. Both FL and PA are signatories to an interstate compact and both states have similar laws.
You really need to speak with an attorney. If you were operating a vehicle, or even held an out of state license, while under suspension in another state then you have not actually served a suspension. The suspension was the suspension of your driving privileges period, not simply the suspension of your driving privileges in one state.
Yes, your second DUI will catch up to you and it is better that you speak with a lawyer and have him/her help negotiate you through this matter to minimize the negative repercussions. If you don't inform all the parties, through an attorney, then you may be also liable for perjuring yourself and given the status of DUI offenses currently you should not expect any favorable treatment.
Get a lawyer and get into a rehab program.
Good luck,
Roger
