Loss of Commercial Drivers License from traffic violations

What are the points for careless driving (S75 3714)? What are the points for driving too close to the shoulder(S75 3309 1)? What are the points for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed (S75 3361)? How many points does it take to lose your commericial drivers license?

3 points for the 3714 (careless) zero on the 3309 and 2 on the 3361 (Driving too fast for conditions) However, by rule if convicted of both you could only be assed 3 points per 75 Pa.C.S Sec. 1535 (b). 6 points means traffic school, 11 means suspension. I offer free consultations.

Driving ON the shoulder is five points. Careless driving is two points. The points for speeding violations can be up to five points. Twelve points and one loses driving privileges in New Jersey.

Someone who drives commercially must oppose every point because it is not wise to get even close to losing a commercial driving license.
