Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Missing Vehicle Registration Info
I received a summons by mail 3 weeks after my vehicle was hit from behind by another vehicle. The Trooper who issued the summons was present at the accident scene. The summons has all the information except contains NO vehicle registration information. Is Pennsylvania a state that automatically dismisses a case based on an incomplete summons for this reason?

Re: Missing Vehicle Registration Info
NO. The summons still provides enough info to inform you of the charge. Why did you recive a summons if you were rear-ended?
