Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

mystery tickets?

chester county traffic court had sent me a letter in the mail that states i had 2 moving violations. I live in philly and i cathces public transportation!I don't own nor have access2 a car! on one ticket, it doesn't states my name. the second ticket has my name spelled incorrect. what can i do about this matter?

it sounds like they have the wrong person. Pehaps you are the victim of identity theft. Perhaps a family member or aquaitance gave your name instead of their own when they were stopped. In ay event you must plead not guity and attend the scheduled hearing do not ignore the tickets. You should consult with an attorney immediately. If you would like you could contact my office.
