parking ticket
can a municiaplity issue an arrest warrant for non-payment of 2 parking tickets, totalling $120.00 including penalties?
Tickets were issued to an ex-girlfriend using my car, in Ridley Park, Delaware County, PA. Only found out about them when notice came in the mail.
