how to get permit restored
Hello I have an permit that was suspended
for driving a car with no insurance I never
sent da permit in for da suspension to begin
but I was wonder if I paid da ticket in full
would it reinstate my permit.

Nope. The suspension doesn't start until you send it in. Then you have to pay the $25 reinstatement fee to get it back after the suspension ends. Plus you have to pay the ticket.
