Can i Be pulled over if cop just run my tag
is it legal for an officor to pull u over just because he ran your tags and your l;iences were suspened but didnt do any traffic violations

Probably yes. You have limited expectation of privacy in a motor vehicle. Your tag is on public display and therefore no improper search and seizure applies. Your best bet is to get an attorney and attempt to negotiate the infraction to driving without a license rather than driving under suspension.
