Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I got pulled over by a police officer for running a red light. From the time I left it was yellow, should I fight this ticket. The red light camera did not catch me. An officer car was 3 cars behind me.

Plead not guilty and request a hearing because if you just pay the fine it is 3 points. Since it is your word versus the officer's, the judge will likely believe the officer, but some cops are willing to bargain the case to no points.
If you would like our assistance please do not hesitate to contact me at 215-639-5297. 99% of the tickets we handled work out to a reduction in points.
