Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
i got pulled over for speeding and my friend in the car with me said they should have given me a 3111. and the cop told me that they were getting funding from the government to pull people over. how can i fight this?

3111 is the general plea bargain statute in PA for traffic offenses. A lawyer may be able to get the police at the district justice level to change your citation to it.
