If I was pulled over for speeding and then the officer searched my car finding something could I fight the speeding ticket and in the case of me winning the case on the speeding ticket would the charges after that be dropped?

You would have to fight the vehicle stop and file a motion to suppress in the county court. If the judge found that the cop did not have a reason to stop you, the evidence could be suppressed. You should speak with a local attorney to discuss this matter as he will be in a better position to advise you.
