Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I was pulled over for my tail light being out however, both my tail ligts, brake lights and turn signal indicators were working. I then received two citations, one for driving an uninspected vehicle and the other for driving with a suspended license, dui related. Can I fight these tickets/citations for being pulled over without proper cause?
