Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I rec'd a letter from Penndot stating I did not have car insurance for 30days and therefor my registration for my vehicle is going to be suspended for 3 months. I am not sure what to do, I missed ONE payment due to unemployement and then rec'd this letter because of it.

You should see a lawyer who may be able to file a Petition with the County court of Common Pleas to restore your driving priveleges. You should be aware that your right to appeal this decision is generally short, so you should see a lawyer IMMEDIATELY.
