First of all, Philadelphia Traffic court is not known for for giving drivers a fair hearing. Some (not all) traffic court judges are known to rubber stamp a parking ticket and find you guilty. I have heard of many situations where despite the best evidence in the driver's favor, the Court almost always rules for the City. If your vehicle did not have a valid NJ inspection sticker on the car, you will probably be found guilty. The fact that you were parked at a post office really doe not matter. You can probably avoid yourself a lot of aggravation and time simply by paying the fine.
