I was recently stopped for driving with expired tags, I had dated documentation to prove otherwise from 3+ months prior, I was issued two tickets for an expired inspection, i was wondering how wrongful traffic stop/ illegal traffic stops worked in Pa?

he way it works is you contest the citations. You bring your proof to court and will get your appeal money back if you win. You can't sue anybody for this.

There is no illegal stop if your current registration wasn't on your plate. The inspection citation derived from the legal stop.
