Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I recieved a ticket for driving 91 in a 65. The cop pulled my vehicle over as well as the car behind me. He said I was driving 89 mph but wrote the ticket for 91. The car behind me (my sister) got the same. he told her she was driving 89 but wrote the ticket for 91. how can he radar both cars at once? If he said we were doing 89 why write the ticket for 91?

Plead not guilty, send in the fine and go to the hearing. Speak to the police officer prior to the hearing and they will usually plea bargain with you and reduce the amount of our speed.
