Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Registration Ticket
I got a ticket for an expired registration of September. Is the police man required to give me a ticket for this and if so is it worth going to the magistrate over. Thanks

Re: Registration Ticket
If the violation is for an expired registration, not a suspended registration, you probably are better off paying the ticket. Unless you have a previous violation for the same offense. I offer free consultations.
